Global Services dba JJ International Service or JJ Janitorial Service is a small business domiciled in Guam specializing in providing procurement, logistics, construction, facilities maintenance and repairs, and janitorial services to the Federal Government, the Government of Guam, and commercial and residential entities.

Janitorial/Custodial Services

J.J. Global Service is primarily a janitorial services company and is equipped to provide contractual services on a fix term, or one-time services. Under the umbrella of janitorial services, J.J. Global Service may offer carpet cleaning, strip and wax, window treatment, odor treatment, waste disposal, and general cleaning services.

Grounds, Facilities Maintenance and Repairs

J.J. Global Services offers grounds, facilities maintenance and repair services to include but are not limited to custodial services, landscaping, tree trimming and grounds maintenance, pruning, herbicidal, plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning, lighting, and preventative maintenance and repairs on pre-existing equipment for our customers.

Construction

J.J. Global Service is licensed as a general contractor in the Territory of Guam with its capabilities ranging from general construction to specialties that include but are not limited to flooring, roofing, carpentry, fencing, irrigational systems, electrical, and installation.

Logistics

Since 1995, J.J. Global Services has offered moving and courier services to the public.

Procurement

In addition to its services, J.J. Global Service offers its customers superior quality products. J.J. Global is equipped to wholesale and supply lighting fixtures, steam and air-conditioning, and are capable of procuring larger merchandise to include but are not limited to heavy equipment and janitorial supplies.
